We are not a freight broker or motor carrier. We do not assume liability for freight, cargo loss, or delays. All freight is moved under agreements between carriers and licensed brokers or shippers.

Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:

Maintain all required DOT/MC authority, insurance, and compliance standards

Operate legally and professionally on the road

Provide accurate business and contact information

Notify us of any changes in operations, availability, or equipment status

Payment Terms
Our dispatching fees are based on an agreed-upon percentage or flat rate per load. Payment terms and invoicing details will be outlined in a signed Dispatch Agreement between both parties. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

Termination
Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time with written notice. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before termination is finalized.

Limitation of Liability
Thomas McCarter Logistics is not responsible for:

Loss or damage to freight

Delays caused by third parties

Missed appointments or detention charges

Carrier performance, safety violations, or driver behavior
We will make reasonable efforts to perform our services professionally, but we do not guarantee specific load volumes or revenue.

All content on our website (text, logos, graphics, etc.) is the property of Thomas McCarter Logistics and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without written permission.
