Service-Based Business

As a freight dispatching service provider, our work begins as soon as you engage our services. We do not offer physical products, and our fees are tied to the time, effort, and administrative tasks performed on your behalf.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed dispatching work

  • Administrative services

  • Load booking and broker communication

  • Time reserved for trip planning and negotiations

Once a dispatch has been completed or services have been rendered, refunds will not be issued.

Disputes or Issues

If you are unsatisfied with a specific service or have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally. In some cases, service credits or adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellations

You may cancel ongoing service at any time with written notice. However, any fees for services already performed will remain due and payable.
